Carbon:Manager™ is fully integrated within Drive:Manager™ and allows drivers to calculate their CO2 missions by entering their vehicle details and annual mileage using the carbon calculator tool. The driver can then choose from a number of environmentally friendly projects that will benefit from their offset payment, including energy efficiency, renewable energy and forestry projects.
An online payment can be made via the website which offsets the driver's emissions for a period of 12 months. Management reporting is available to monitor the number of drivers that register to become carbonNeutral.

The dealer network is interrogated for the nearest and shortest wait time for the required services. Once the choice of dealer has been made, the request is sent direct to the dealer network, and confirmation is sent via e-mail, telephone or mobile, with a parallel SMS text message. The driver will also receive a reminder SMS the day before the service is due to take place.
