Finance Lease

Finance Lease can provide you with a more flexible alternative to contract hire, giving you the choice between a fully amortised lease, or incorporating a balloon payment to reduce your rentals. Your contract is not based on a fixed mileage which may be suitable if you expect your business needs to change significantly, or for very high mileage vehicles.

Funding can be provided using either a variable or fixed rate of interest. With Finance Lease you are responsible for the residual value risk and reward, although you can never actually take title of the vehicle. A Finance Leased vehicle would show on your balance sheet.
