Drive:Manager™ - Manage your Fleet Online

Drive:Manager™ is Leasedrive's fully-integrated internet-based vehicle management system providing secure online fleet support for today's fleet professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The system incorporates the latest technology by embracing a number of industry leading software applications into a single integrated solution.

Drive:Manager™ offers all-round operational efficiencies covering all key areas of fleet management, including company vehicle policy, vehicle comparisons, vehicle quotations, vehicle ordering, vehicle maintenance booking, authorisations, payments and management reporting all built around a robust asset finance system.

Users can obtain quotes and order new vehicles, tracking progress through production and delivery. Once vehicles are on the road, routine servicing, unforeseen maintenance and repair work can all be booked, authorised and paid for online. Meanwhile, fleet decision makers can make the most informed decisions, based on the best available and clearest management information.

Fleet:Manager™ allows the driver to compare any manufacturer's cars alongside each other for technical and specification details, select their chosen vehicle against their company policy, and ensure that the correct authorisations have been achieved.

The driver can also order the vehicle into the dealer network and track the status of the order itself at any time prior to delivery.

Fleet:Manager™ shortens the communications link between customer and supplier, using the internet and our software as a conduit for information.

Accident:Manager™ integrates with a customer's chosen accident management supplier and allows drivers to manage and view the ongoing process surrounding their accident.

Admin:Manager™ is an extremely powerful tool that is uniquely built for each customer. The system allows the driver to view their own vehicle details via a secure internet connection, including a history of any car they've ever driven, their personnel details and the details of any person who is authorised to drive their car.

Fleet managers are also provided with secure access to search facilities so they can review any driver's details, static details of the vehicle, and even service maintenance and repair information. The information and data provided via Admin:Manager™ can be updated online at anytime by the fleet administration team direct to Leasedrive's core systems.

Carbon:Manager™ has been designed in partnership with leading climate change business The CarbonNeutral Company (TCNC) and provides clients with a simple, effective first step towards running a greener fleet.

Carbon:Manager™ is fully integrated within Drive:Manager™ and allows drivers to calculate their CO2 missions by entering their vehicle details and annual mileage using the carbon calculator tool. The driver can then choose from a number of environmentally friendly projects that will benefit from their offset payment, including energy efficiency, renewable energy and forestry projects.

An online payment can be made via the website which offsets the driver's emissions for a period of 12 months. Management reporting is available to monitor the number of drivers that register to become carbonNeutral.

DutyOfCare:Manager™ provides online checking of insurance, MOT, RFL, servicing documentation and safety checks in order to reduce the risk to your organisation.

Leasedrive's Info:Manager™ allows any number of specified users to obtain details regarding the overall performance of their company's fleet.

A variety of different reports can be downloaded from the website to the users PC at anytime in an Excel or Acrobat Reader format or sent automatically to their inbox on a set periodic basis via SMTP. Bespoke reports can also be written and published depending on a customer's specific requirements.

Licence:Manager™ allows you to view the driving licence details for all your drivers online to ensure that they are compliant with all licence-related duty of care requirements.

Information is obtained from the DVLA and more importantly provides full and comprehensive online management reporting so you can see at a glance any problem areas and develop a suitable risk mitigation plan.

Mileage:Manager™ is an extremely cost-effective and user-friendly mileage capture and reporting solution that allows any of your employees to submit their business and private mileage returns securely online at anytime 24 hours a day.

The system can be utilised by any employee that drives on company business including Company Car drivers, Cash Allowance, Grey Fleet and Employee Car Ownership Scheme drivers.

It is a flexible solution allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into your existing payroll and expense management systems, used as a stand-alone mileage capture product or offered as part of Drive:Manager™

Rental:Manager™ is Leasedrive’s multi-award winning, user-friendly online booking facility that is customised for each and every customer, depending on their specific rental authorisation requirements. The easy to use website manages all of the information required for you to make a booking, including contact details, delivery times and location, collection times and location plus additional information specific to your company’s rental requirements.

Rental:Manager™ also has its own internal reporting technology that allows customers to gain secure online access to invoice and account details once the rental has been made, including P11D and EU 4th directive information, via a live link to Leasedrive’s in-house customer database 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Route:Manager™ has been designed in conjunction with the AA to provide drivers with the ability to plan their journeys ahead by providing a route 'card' and map for both the outbound and return journey.

RunOut:Manager™ is a unique online system which provides the customer with a single point of management for a vehicle fleet with multiple suppliers.

Through the use of our core systems, Leasedrive is able to manage third party contracts, together with vehicle and driver data, providing all the benefits of our systems, management reports and on-line services to a customer, for their entire fleet.

The screen layout, and information provided is designed uniquely for every customer, due to varying requirements within this type of environment.

Service:Manager™ allows the driver to book their car in for service with a local dealer, without leaving the comfort of their PC. Collection and delivery, courtesy cars, and various levels of service needs are all catered for.

The dealer network is interrogated for the nearest and shortest wait time for the required services. Once the choice of dealer has been made, the request is sent direct to the dealer network, and confirmation is sent via e-mail, telephone or mobile, with a parallel SMS text message. The driver will also receive a reminder SMS the day before the service is due to take place.

Service:Manager™ holds details on franchised and approved non-franchised garages and there is the ability for the customer's rule set to specify what group of repair outlets should be allowed or restricted.

Tax:Manager™ allows drivers to select their specific vehicle, add options and extras and holds previous tax calculations for comparison when specifying a new car.

The latest vehicle data is uploaded on a daily basis to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is available.

Traffic:Manager™ provides real-time traffic information from the Highways Agency direct to your desktop or mobile phone.
