Roddy Graham, a strategic business professional with extensive experience in the vehicle rental and leasing industry, is commercial director. His responsibilities include the group's account management, customer services and rental operations. Roddy is also chairman of the Institute of Car Fleet Management.

Prior to joining the Leasedrive BIMBO transaction team Roddy Graham was managing director of Budget Rent a Car UK. Originally appointed as sales and marketing director, he played a key role in the acquisition of two car rental companies.

Later, he led the purchase of seven licensee operations at a time when Budget was pursuing a business strategy of corporate-ownership. Roddy Graham joined Budget from Highway Vehicle Management where he held the position of sales director for six years.

David Foulds is a strategic and commercial finance director with considerable experience of the services’ sector with major companies. His experience includes business acquisition and disposal, managing relationships with financial investors and corporate governance.

As finance director at TransLinc between 2007 and 2011, he was one of the key members of the management team responsible for realising a 2.7 times return on investment for the private equity partner on the sale of the business after a four-year period of ownership. Subsequently, he was appointed commercial director of the newly-created fleet and passenger services division of May Gurney, following the merger of TransLinc with the existing May Gurney fleet business.

Between 2000 and 2005 he held the position of commercial director with recruitment company, Manpower UK during which time he successfully implemented new Sarbanes-Oxley legislation in the UK.

His automotive experience includes roles as finance and operations director at Hyundai Car (UK) and five years as finance director with Lex Vehicle Leasing between 1994 and 1999. During this period, the fleet size grew by 50 per cent and he oversaw the purchase by Lex Service of NatWest’s 50 per cent stake in the business and subsequent profitable sale to HBOS.

After leaving Bristol University in 1981 with a degree in geography David joined Price Waterhouse, qualifying as an ACA in 1984. He worked in various financial positions for Midland Bank International, International Leisure Group and EMI Records before joining Lex in 1994.

Paul Fleming is responsible for the group’s business development programme, sales and marketing. He has held senior board level positions for the past fifteen years. In his last corporate position he was chief executive officer of Alternatech Fuel Systems and before that, between 2004 and 2007, was managing director Europe for Britax Childcare, based in the UK and Germany. For four years earlier, he was with the Volkswagen group, firstly as chief executive for Europcar UK and then president of Volkswagen Brazil.

Between 1997 and 2000 Paul worked for Delphi Automotive Systems, the world’s largest automotive component supplier, firstly as country director in the UK and then sales, marketing and planning director in Germany. For seven years prior to that he held a number of positions with Breed Technologies Inc from UK operations manager to vice president, European sales and marketing.

An undergraduate trainee with Rover Cars he gained a BSc (Hons) in mechanical engineering at the University of Salford and became a chartered engineer (CEng) at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) in 1985.

A Fellow of the Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) in the UK, Paul is married with three children.

Joe has been with Leasedrive since 1996 and during that time has played a pivotal role in driving the sales growth of the rental management business.

Prior to joining the executive board in July 2012, Joe held the position of sales director at the rental management division from 2003 to 2011. Before that he was national sales manager, having joined Countrywide, then part of Leasedrive, as a regional sales manager in 1996 from Convinflow, where he was sales director.

Earlier, he was sales manager with Wyatt & Sons, formerly Prudential Property Services, for over six years.

Before entering business, Joe was a full-time golfer and assistant golf professional for nearly two years. Aged 42, Joe is married with three children.

Dominic Moran, was appointed to the board of Leasedrive in 2013 as Account Management Director previously with responsibilities for existing business across the group.

For 18 years prior to that he worked with Masterlease UK in a variety of roles including business development, and ultimately rising to become head of strategic and corporate accounts with the responsibility for all of Masterlease’s existing business.

Dominic joined Masterlease UK from a market research agency after gaining a Business Studies degree.

Aged 48, Dominic is married with two boys.
